We flew to Washington State on July 7th and got back on the 14th. It was very beautiful there. The kids loved it. Brayden could have stayed forever. The plane, the ferrie, the forest and the beaches were full of adventure and treasures for him. All the kids had a blast but Brayden was in Heaven. We rented a beach house and spent lots of time at Aunt Debbie and Uncle Steve's. Steve took the parents on a Kyacking trip around a small island in the sound. I didn't take my camara because I was worried it would fall in so I dont have any pictures. But it was a ton of fun, we saw seals and lots of Jelly fish.
This picture was taken on the Ferrie just as we were pulling into Seattle. We also had a lady take a picture of the whole group, aka my family, but she didn't take one with my camara so I will have to get it from some one else.
We were feeding the seagulls off the back of the ferrie. They would fly in and take it right out of your hand. It kind of hurt. One even broke the skin with Erin.

Debbie and Steve where so much fun. This is outside their home. The dad's made wooden swords for all the kids in Steve's wood shop and Steve made a huge sword for Debbie. She would challange the kids to a sword fight and they would take her two or three at a time. My kids called Debbie and Steve their other Grandma and Grandpa.

This is outside at Steve and Debbies. We roasted hot dogs and Smores one day for dinner. Their property is beautiful. It is seven acres of rain forest with trails going all over that lead to a Zip line, a Giant Swing, a cabin, and the wood shop and other little things. Brayden loved exporling the woods. I told him to be careful because I didn't want him to get lost and he said, "Dont worry mom, I know these trails like I know my own room," and he really did.
Poor Steve told us that he had a rocking horse pattern for whom ever wanted to make a rocking horse. I dont think that he expected us all to want one, but he was a great sport and a patient teacher. The boys worked on it the most but we were all in there trying to get it ready to take home. We had to take them in peices because of the plane but I am hoping to get a fun western picture when everyone finishes. THANKS STEVE!!
And a big thanks to Debbie and Mom and Dad they watched the kids alot while us big kids played and built toys.

This is the tower that you climb to ride the giant tree swing!
Brayden was the first kid to go and Clint just let go and he dropped at first. I wish I had it on film because he made a funny scared noise. He let the other kids go more smoothly after that.

Jessica is just about to ride the zip line. It was a blast. I went on it both hanging from the bar and sitting in the seat for the kids and I like sitting better. I dont have Isaac on it becuase he was sleeping and when Brent took him later I wasnt with them.
Down at the bottom of the zip line. Clint would help the kids get down at the bottom.
The only bad thing about the zip line was that we had to fight the kids over getting a turn. I think the adults liked it as much as the kids.

We even got Grandma on the Zip line and the Swing. Go Grandma!!

In town they had this really cool Park, I dont have any pictures that really show it. This is the Three girls, Mckell, Andie, and Brookly swinging.
Brookly enjoying a ride in the swing.

We had just come in from checking the crab traps we had caught a few really cool star fish. This is just outside the beach house we were staying at. He had crab traps and all sorts of stuff to use.

Brayden loved to dig for the Goe Ducks and clams. They would spit water at you as you walked past. They have these big long tongues that poke on in the sand. We would try to grab the tongue before it pulled it back down into the sand. We cooked and ate alot of crab, mussles, clams and oesters. (I think that is how you spell it)

This is a giant Star fish that Brent caught in one of the crab traps. They open the bottom of the crab and suck out the guts. It is kids of cool to see. They will sucktion onto your hand. It feels weird but doesnt hurt at all,.

This is a picture of the guys beach house that we rented. He was really nice and even let us use his boat. It was perfect for little kids. Much better than being stuck in a hotel room where they cant get out and play.

This is a picture of a couple of crab that Brent caught and ate. They would catch some pretty much everytime but not always big enought to eat.
This one kind of got out of place but it is Brayden sitting on the plane. I was really worried at how the kids would handle it but with lots of good advice we did great!! Brooklyn was the hardest but even she did okay.

This was Isaac's favorite part. For months before we left he kept saying he wanted to go to the sand and go fishing. Well all he caught was a Jelly fish but he still thought he was the king fisherman.

Jessica is a watch and dont touch kind of girl. She is my little princess in everyway!!

Jessica loved helping daddy row the boat. She is a great helper!!!!
The kids loved to go out with Brent to check the crab pots. Everything is great when your with daddy!!!
